Terms of Service

These terms explain the service boundaries of All Img Fit, user content responsibility, account usage rules, intellectual property arrangements, and limitations of liability. Please read them carefully before using the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By visiting, registering, signing in to, or continuing to use All Img Fit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and related site rules. If you do not agree, please stop accessing or using the service immediately.

2. Service scope

All Img Fit currently provides image fitting, preview, custom sizing, focus detection, export, preset storage, and related support features. We may adjust, suspend, or remove functions, pages, availability, access conditions, or support scope based on operational, technical, security, or compliance needs.

3. Accounts and security

  • You must provide truthful, lawful, and valid registration information and keep your account, password, and device access secure.
  • You must not interfere with the service through automation, security bypassing, malicious requests, account sharing, credential stuffing, or similar abusive behavior.
  • If you discover account theft, abnormal sign-in behavior, or security risk, you should stop using the affected device and take necessary protective measures immediately.

4. Uploaded images and user responsibility

Uploading, processing, cropping, exporting, or distributing images is your voluntary action. You represent that you have the legal rights, authorization, license, or other sufficient basis for the images and any portraits, trademarks, works, assets, or other content contained within them.

To the extent permitted by law, any complaint, dispute, claim, penalty, loss, cost, or liability arising from unauthorized uploads, unlawful use, infringement, privacy violations, or rights defects remains your responsibility. This does not affect any legal duties we may still have to notify, remove, restrict, cooperate with investigations, preserve evidence, or otherwise comply with the law.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • You must not upload, process, export, or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • You must not impersonate others, forge authorization, bypass technical restrictions, scrape interfaces, attack systems, abuse captcha, or interfere with the site’s security mechanisms.
  • You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy, trade secrets, or any other lawful rights or interests.

6. Intellectual property

The site interface, brand marks, copy, layout, design elements, and service-related protected content of All Img Fit belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these Terms do not transfer any site intellectual property to you.

You or the relevant rights holder retain rights to the original images you upload, but you remain responsible for having a valid legal basis for the upload and processing itself.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as currently available. We will try to maintain usability, stability, and security, but we do not make absolute promises of uninterrupted operation, zero errors, suitability for a specific commercial purpose, or full compatibility across all devices and browsers.

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from rights defects in your uploaded content, lack of authorization, unlawful use, third-party claims, device failure, network interruption, force majeure, or failure of third-party services. Where the law expressly requires us to bear responsibility, we will do so within the required scope.

8. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, the law, or third-party rights, we may take measures such as restricting access, removing relevant content, freezing preset data, terminating service, preserving evidence, and cooperating with relevant authorities.

9. Privacy and data

Your use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. If these Terms and the Privacy Policy conflict regarding the handling of personal information, the more specific statement in the Privacy Policy will control.

10. Updates and governing use

We may update these Terms according to business, functional, or legal requirements. Updated versions take effect when published. Continued use of the service means that you accept the updated content. If you do not agree, you should stop using the service.
