Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information All Img Fit handles when you visit the site, register an account, save presets, and use the image workspace, how that information is used, and how you can manage it.

Last updated: March 17, 2026Please use this together with your own business context and local legal requirements

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the All Img Fit website and its related account, session, preset storage, and image-processing features. It only describes information handling that actually exists in the current product workflow and does not cover pages operated independently by third parties.

2. What we process

  • Account information: when you register or sign in, we process the email address you submit, an encrypted password digest, and session identifiers related to sign-in.
  • Security verification data: to prevent abuse, we process captcha identifiers, captcha input results, anti-abuse rate-limit markers, basic access logs, and necessary request-header information.
  • Presets and preference data: when you save custom sizes, spec presets, or signed-in preferences, we process the related preset names, dimensions, formats, timestamps, and required local preference settings.
  • Device and runtime information: your browser produces common device, network, cookie, local storage, and error-log information used for session continuity, CSRF protection, runtime stability, and troubleshooting.
  • Image files: in the current base workflow, images selected on the generate page are primarily used in the browser for previewing, focus detection, sizing, and export. We do not persist those images on the server by default as part of the normal generation flow.

3. About the images you upload

Uploading images is voluntary. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights, authorization, license, or other valid basis to upload, process, export, or distribute the images and any portraits, trademarks, works, assets, or other content inside them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, penalty, loss, or liability arising from unauthorized uploads, unlawful use, infringement, privacy violations, or violations of platform rules remains your responsibility. This does not affect any legal obligations we may still have to comply with the law, respond to regulators, or take required action under applicable rules.

4. How we use the information

  • To provide registration, sign-in, sign-out, session continuity, and account recognition.
  • To provide image fitting, focus detection, preview rendering, export, and preset storage.
  • To prevent fraud, API abuse, malicious registration, abnormal requests, and other security risks.
  • To optimize page performance, analyze failures, handle compatibility issues, and improve the user experience.
  • To retain or provide necessary information where required by law, regulators, or dispute handling needs.

5. Third-party services and sharing

We do not publicly sell or arbitrarily share your image content with unrelated third parties as part of the normal workflow. The current site relies on the following third-party infrastructure or resources to support account, security, and frontend capabilities:

Those third parties process network-related information under their own service terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies as well.

  • Supabase: used for account, session, and preset storage on the server side.
  • Google Fonts: used for web font delivery.
  • jsDelivr, Google Storage, and similar model/CDN resources: the browser may request frontend model files or runtime assets when needed to support local detection capabilities.

6. Cookies, local storage, and session markers

We use necessary cookies and local storage items to maintain sign-in state, provide CSRF protection, and remember export format, quality, and detection preferences. If you disable these capabilities, some features may stop working properly or the experience may degrade.

7. Retention and security

  • Account, session, and preset information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the related features, or otherwise handled according to deletion, account termination, expiration, or legal requirements.
  • Captcha, rate-limit, and related security markers are generally retained only for short periods to support anti-abuse and verification.
  • We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, tampering, loss, or disclosure, but no internet transmission or running system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can decide whether to register an account, upload images, or save presets.
  • You can remove saved presets within the current product capabilities or stop using the service at any time.
  • If you have questions about account-related data, you may contact us through future public support channels and we will respond within a reasonable scope.

9. Minors

If you are below the age of full legal capacity under applicable law, please use the service under guidance or consent from a guardian and avoid uploading unauthorized portraits, identification documents, school information, or other sensitive content.

10. Policy updates

We may update this policy based on product features, legal requirements, or business changes. The latest version will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date shown here controls. If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide a reasonable notice method.
